When: Saturday, March 5th, 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Is a progress report, testing members on their stamina, endurance, and strength at the present time. It holds members accountable, and allows black package members to track their fitness progressions from taking classes. These assessments will be held once a month, to maintain accountability. It will allow members to continue their comraderie towards their teammates, but also provide a safe, encouraging environment for continued success. Assessment’s will consist of the following… 2 mile run, push-ups, pull-ups, Shoulder Presses, Squats, Sit-ups, Kicks, Punches, Elbows, Knees. Members will have only 1 hour & 30 minutes to complete the assessment.
Equipment Needed: Running Shoes, Jump Rope, Towel/Yoga Mat, Hand Wraps, Boxing Gloves, Time Tracker, Water, & Pen.
